Email contact@motorfacts.co.uk with the order reference from your receipt. We aim to reply within one working day.
If a report looks wrong, tell us what you expected and what you saw. We can look up exactly which registers answered and what they returned, so a specific message gets a specific answer.
About your data
For anything covered by our [privacy notice](/privacy), including a request for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, write to privacy@motorfacts.co.uk. We respond within one month and there is no charge.

What we cannot help with
We hold no power to change any register. If the DVLA record for your vehicle is wrong, or an MOT result was recorded incorrectly, the correction has to be made by them. Tell us anyway and we will point you at the right place, because finding it is genuinely difficult.
We are not affiliated with the DVLA, the DVSA or GOV.UK, and we cannot tax a vehicle, book an MOT, or discuss a penalty on anybody's behalf.
