What you should know

When am I charged, and what if the check fails?
You pay once, at checkout, and the report is delivered straight away. If a register cannot be reached, the report says so rather than showing a clear result, and you are refunded for the part that did not run.
Is there a subscription?
No. Buying a car is something you do occasionally, and a recurring charge for an occasional purchase is a dispute waiting to happen. Bundle credits last twelve months and then simply stop.
Can I cancel?
A report is digital content supplied immediately, so by asking for it straight away you agree to supply beginning at once and acknowledge losing the 14-day cancellation right. That is set out at checkout before you pay, not afterwards. If the data we supplied is wrong, that is a different matter and we will put it right.
Why is the MOT analysis paid?
The MOT history itself is free and always will be. What is paid is the work of reading it: testing each mileage drop against the ordinary explanations, grouping recurring faults, and tracking corrosion through its stages. That analysis is ours, not the DVSA’s.
